We encourage you to visit one of our local CTAP Service Centers for an in-person consultation. This is the very best way to see our entire range of California Phones and try them out for yourself. Our Service Center staff can help assess your individual needs, answer questions, and train you in using your new phone.
How to find a Service Center
CTAP Service Centers are located throughout California. We have provided maps and detailed directions to all of our ten (10) Service Centers located in Berkeley, Fresno, Glendale, Redding, Riverside, Sacramento, Salinas, San Diego, Santa Ana, and Santa Barbara.

Service Center Hours
All CTAP Service Centers are open Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm. There are also three part-time locations in Santa Barbara, Redding, and Salinas with limited hours. The Santa Barbara Center is open only on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 9:00am – 12:00 noon and 1:00pm – 3:00pm. The Redding Center is open only on the second Wednesday and Thursday of every month from 10:00am – 4pm. The Salinas Center is open only on the second Friday of every month from 10am-11:30am and 1pm-3pm. All Centers are closed on holidays.
Field Advisor Visits
When necessary, CTAP Field Advisors travel to customers' homes and provide assistance with installation and set up of the telephone equipment, as well as training in the use of the equipment.
